By booking a service with Ghost Detail Autos ("we", "us", "our"), you ("the client") agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms govern all services provided by Romeo Cruz trading as Ghost Detail Autos.
All bookings require a 30% non-refundable deposit to confirm the appointment. The deposit is deducted from the total service price. Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. We reserve the right to refuse any booking.
All prices are subject to vehicle condition assessment. Vehicles presenting with excessive soiling, biological contamination, or damage beyond our standard expectations may incur additional charges, which will be communicated before work begins. Pre-inspection photographs are taken for all vehicles.
Ghost Detail Autos is fully insured. We take all reasonable care when handling client vehicles. We accept liability for damage caused directly by our negligence. We do not accept liability for: pre-existing damage not identified at pre-inspection, damage to vehicles with compromised or non-factory paintwork, or items left in vehicles.
Our Nano Banana ceramic coating carries a 5-year warranty subject to the recommended maintenance schedule. The warranty is void if: the vehicle is subjected to automatic car washes, abrasive polishes applied by a third party, or the annual top-up service is not completed by Ghost Detail Autos within the specified window.
Balance is due on completion of work, prior to collection. We accept bank transfer, card payment via Stripe, and cash. Ghost Pass subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Annual card payments are one-time via Stripe.
We may photograph vehicles for our records and quality assurance. We will not publish photographs of your vehicle without explicit written consent. If you consent to photography for marketing purposes, please indicate this at the time of booking.
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

The client must provide: a flat, hard surface (tarmac, concrete, or paved driveway — not grass or gravel), access to a water supply (outdoor tap with standard garden hose fitting), access to a 13-amp power supply within 25 metres, and sufficient space to work around all four sides of the vehicle.
If the client fails to provide the required conditions on arrival, we reserve the right to refuse the service. In this case, the deposit is forfeited and a rebooking fee of £35 applies to transfer to a studio appointment.
The following services are studio only and cannot be performed on mobile visits: Paint Protection Film (PPF), ceramic coating application (including Nano Banana), window tinting, vinyl wrapping, and chrome delete. Paint correction (multi-stage) is at Romeo's discretion based on ambient conditions.
Distance is calculated from Watford WD18 to the service postcode.
In cases of heavy rain, high winds, or freezing temperatures, we reserve the right to postpone the appointment at our discretion. We will offer an alternative date at no additional charge.
The client is responsible for ensuring legal parking access for our vehicle and equipment. Any parking charges incurred will be added to the final invoice.

We never sell your data. We share data only with: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (secure database hosting in London), Google (calendar and email), Cloudflare (website hosting and DNS). All processors are GDPR compliant.
Customer records are retained for 7 years for accounting purposes. Ceramic warranty records are retained for the warranty period. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
You have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, object to processing, and data portability. Contact us at info@ghostdetail.autos to exercise these rights.
